So let’s talk ‘influencers’ for a moment. In my opinion, so many people are quick to judge or make comments on influencer lifestyles but after looking at it, a persons online presence can have such a big impact on you and I do think when done in the right way, it’s a role that is important for individuals to self develop. For example, without Christian LeBlanc creating the ‘Lost LeBlanc’ brand, I wouldn’t have had half as much exposure to travel content when I was younger! Even 6 years later to this day I’m still low key one of his biggest fan girls. He inspired me to travel so much from a young age.
Even more recently, I’ve connected with a Dutch girl called Anne on Instagram (@anneymoney – check her page out) who has spent two years working in Latin America and by working remotely and creating her own business, has been able to live in Medellin and Antigua – two of my favourite places.

So tonight it’s got me thinking, what can I do to make this lifestyle a reality for me? How can I stand out from the millions of digital creators, freelance marketers and online language teachers? Annoyingly I haven’t yet found the answer to this but it’s given me motivation to be a bit more proactive, positive and work to get where I want to be… I guess we’ll wait and see where this goes.
P.s can you tell it’s a Friday evening and I’ve got no plans so am sat alone with my thoughts 🤷♀️😂 more travel content coming soon!
